Barrister at Law
New laws encourage a small group of Barristers to promote their core services to the public.
In July 2004 new laws came into force to allow the public as well as organisations to instruct a barrister directly to act on their behalf on most legal matters; that new law is called the Direct Access Scheme. Prior to the Direct Access Scheme being introduced, it would have been necessary to instruct a solicitor who would then appoint a barrister on behalf of the client.
DHD were approached to build the new site that will allow the public to engage with them directly to employ their services in a range of legal disciplines, ranging from crime and divorce, through to Employment and Licensing. The project includes the creation of a new identity with a logo design that focuses on their core business. The identity will carry over to their new online profile that is to be of a strong and professional industry related ethos, providing and overview of their core service, with direct point of contact detailss.
