DHD were kindly asked to redesign the online presence of the Nizam Indian Restaurant in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The Nizam has been in existence with the present owner for over 30 years now, and has a fantastic reputation and loyal customer base. After their recent restaurant refit, they turned to DHD to bring that new brand over to their web presence.

With such a loyal customer base, we built in a full online takeaway service where orders are directly sent to a small printer at front of house where the waiters then dispatch to the kitchen. In addition, we also installed and configured a new reservations system that manages the entire reservations diary and seating; again new reservations are sent to the printer for notification.

With so many customers, the Nizam now utilise all those new users through a powerful email marketing system that allows them to keep their customers up to date with new offers and special events at the click of a button sending out a series of great looking email marketing templates to all of its customers at once.
